I'm New

Use the information below to plan your first Sunday visit

Come to the water

We believe the gospel should be proclaimed to everyone. When Jesus taught, a diverse group of people would gather to listen. From rich to poor, religious to non-religious, everyone seemed to want to hear what he had to say. We'd love for you to join us at the water's edge. When you walk through our doors we want you to feel welcome as you interact with our members and we want you to feel loved as the transformative gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaimed.

"Jesus began to teach . . . while all the people were along the shore at the water's edge" (Mark 4:1, NIV).

WELCOME

We want to make sure you feel valued during your first visit with us on Sunday morning! Here is some information that may relieve the stress of visiting a church for the first time.

Worship Service

Sundays - 10:30-11:45am

At a typical worship service we will sing songs, read scripture, hear a message from one of our pastors, participate in the Lord's supper (once per month), and receive an offering. As our guest, please don’t feel like you need to give any money to the church.

Music Style

We want Jesus, not our music preference, to be what brings us together. That's why our music style seeks to be multi-generational. You will hear modern and traditional hymns and contemporary songs each week led by our team. We are very intentional about choosing songs with lyrics that teach sound doctrine. We highly encourage congregational singing. Worship is not a performance for a group of talented people on stage, but rather the church's declaration of the gospel through song.

Where do I park?

We have parking available in our lot on our campus. On special occasions some of our members will park elsewhere nearby to ensure we can accommodate everyone. If it is raining, some of our greeters will assist you with an umbrella.

Where do I go?

There are two buildings located on our grounds: the main "Worship Center" and "The Oasis." The Oasis building is used primarily for:

  • Children's Ministry on Sunday (birth - 5th grade)
  • Student Ministry on Wednesday (6th - 12th grade)

What do I wear?

Dress is pretty casual. You might stand out if you wear a suit and tie, although you are welcome to do so! We think "what's on the inside" is much more important, however, we do encourage modesty.
